Essays on infrastructure, passenger rail, and public systems.

Through my work with Rail Fans Canada and beyond, I’ve come to see infrastructure as more than functional. It reflects culture, politics, governance, and the choices we make about how we live. This space is where I go deeper: connecting policy, design, delivery, and lived experience.

Often, these pieces begin with a comment in a chat, a throwaway line that lingers, or a moment that does not sit right. Writing them is how I unpack those thoughts and offer a perspective others may not have considered yet.

I publish here first. If you want to follow along as new pieces come out, you can also find them on Substack.

Through Rail Fans Canada, I contribute to a broader effort to document and explain Canada’s evolving passenger rail landscape; connecting projects, policy, and public understanding.

Let's build the systems that shape what's next.

Public infrastructure needs more than vision: it needs people who can connect delivery with meaning, and ambition with accountability. That's the work I want to do.

I bring a mix of operational experience, civic insight, and creative strategy to complex systems. Whether you are leading a major project, designing a public platform, or expanding delivery capacity, I would be happy to be part of the conversation and the team.

If you are hiring, collaborating, or building something that needs both delivery and trust, let's talk.
